Challenge Timeline

The Metabolic Reset begins on the evening of
October 26- November 8th, 2026
Do I need to change my diet before starting?

No major changes are required before starting. We’ll guide you step by step, and your monitor will show how your current choices impact your glucose. Small adjustments will be introduced along the way.

No worries! We’ll walk you through setup during the kickoff call. You’ll also get a simple app tutorial and daily support to help you feel confident using your monitor.

Yes. In fact, exercise is one of the most insightful parts of the challenge. You’ll be able to see how different types of movement affect your glucose in real time.

It’s rare, but it can happen. We’ll give you tips to keep it in place, and depending on timing, we can help troubleshoot or replace if needed.

The challenge is open to anyone curious about their metabolic health. While we cover hormone-related shifts for women, men will also gain valuable insight into glucose control, energy, and weight.

On your own, the numbers can be confusing. With the challenge, you’ll get education, community, and personalized guidance to help you understand your data and make meaningful changes.
