In May 2025, I completed my second 3-day water fast guided by Suzanne Baker. Her support before, during, and after the fast was invaluable—especially her guidance on how to reintroduce food. Having done one earlier this year, I felt more prepared, needed fewer “fasted snacks,” and found minerals and water were all I wanted.
Suzanne’s daily prompts and the FB community made the journey feel supported and encouraging. I stayed active with walking, felt energized and clear, and even noticed my senses sharpen—colors were brighter, smells more vivid.
