Integrative Wellness Practitioner
I may have grown up in the fast pace of Toronto, but my roots have always reached for the grounding presence of nature. In 1999, with degrees in Honours Kinesiology and Physiotherapy in hand, I followed that pull west to the coast of British Columbia—a place where I could blend health, movement, and the healing wisdom of the natural world.
My career began in sports medicine, yet I quickly sensed that the conventional model addressed only part of the picture. This curiosity sparked a lifelong journey of learning that has taken me across the globe—studying and teaching while expanding my practice to include craniosacral therapy, osteopathy and visceral mobilizations, nervous system regulation, homeopathy, herbs, nutrition, and energy medicine. Over the years, I’ve come to see health not as a checklist, but as a dynamic balance of body, mind, and spirit.
As both a practitioner and a busy mother, I understand how demanding modern life can be. I’ve lived the challenges of fatigue, hormone shifts, and sleepless nights—and I’ve experienced firsthand how nutrition, movement, lifestyle rhythms, and nervous system support can restore vitality. Now, as a perimenopausal woman in my 50s, I am walking this path personally: drawing on the foundations of functional medicine—nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, and movement—while incorporating fasting strategies and feeding my hormones, I am navigating the transition into menopause with greater ease and grace. These lived experiences deeply shape the way I guide others, whether supporting women through the transformative seasons of pre- and post-partum care or guiding clients of all ages to create resilience, balance, and a renewed connection to themselves.
Now based in Squamish, I embrace life in the elements—whether on my bike, skis, or paddleboard, or simply savoring art, books, and quiet moments with my family. My deepest goal is to help people rediscover the full potential of their bodies, reconnect with nature, and cultivate lifelong wellness from the inside out.

are not just a career—they are a way of life. Living in Squamish with my family, I embrace the elements, whether biking, skiing, hiking, or spending time on the water. My goal is to help others discover the full potential of their bodies, reconnect with nature, and cultivate lifelong vitality.
