What You Get

How It Works

  • Step 1. Apply your CGM. You get it shipped to you with simple instructions. Most people apply it in under five minutes.
  • Step 2. Live your life for 7 days. The CGM tracks your glucose continuously while you eat, sleep, move, and handle whatever the two weeks throw at you. No fasting. No diet changes. Just data.

  • Step 3. One-on-one debrief. Your practitioner reads your data, finds and interprets your patterns, and leaves you with a clear plan based on your individual results.

  • Step 4.  In the second week, you work to implement the changes your practitioner has given and observe how your blood glucose levels change immediately. Real-time data.

  • Step 5.  Final review of the second week, and gives recommendations based on your outcomes.

Is the CGM safe to wear?
Yes. The monitor sits on your upper arm with a tiny sensor under the skin. Most people forget it’s there after a day or two. No needles to manage day-to-day.

No. The point is to see how your normal life affects your metabolism. We want your real baseline.

The group challenge runs twice a year with a cohort, has group pricing, and focuses on shared learning. The one-on-one is fully personalized to you, runs on your timeline, and gives you direct access to Lori or Suzanne for your data debrief.
We’ll discuss your background in the consult call. The CGM itself is safe for most adults, but we want to know what we’re working with.
You leave with a written summary and a personalized plan. Many clients come back for follow-up sessions or move into longer-term work with us. That’s optional, not required.
