These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of rootandreason.co (the “Site”) and any related content, services, programs, challenges, and bookings offered by Root + Reason Functional Health (“Root + Reason,” “we,” “us”).

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1) Not medical advice / no emergency use

Information on this Site is foreducational and informational purposes and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from your physician or qualified healthcare provider.
If you have a medical emergency, call emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department.

2) Health, fasting, and participation responsibility

Some programs or challenges may involve nutrition changes, supplements, exercise, fasting, or lifestyle practices. You are responsible for checking with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any programespecially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a chronic condition, have disordered eating history, take prescription medications, or have any condition that could be impacted by dietary changes.

You agree to stop and seek medical guidance if you feel unwell or experience concerning symptoms.

3) Eligibility

The Site and services are intended for adults. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Site only with a parent/guardian’s consent and involvement.

Deliver programs, consultations, challenges, and client support

Send newsletters or program updates you opted into (you can unsubscribe anytime)

Maintain site security, prevent fraud, and troubleshoot technical issues

Meet legal, regulatory, or accounting requirements (where applicable)

4) Bookings, programs, and third-party platforms

We may provide services and program delivery through Practice Better. Your use of those services may also be subject to Practice Better’s terms and policies. (

5) Payments, refunds, and cancellations

If you purchase a program, consultation, or paid offering:

Pricing, inclusions, and any payment plan details will be shown at checkout or in your program agreement.

Refund and cancellation terms (if offered) will be provided in writing for the specific offer prior to purchase or enrollment.

6) Intellectual property

All content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, videos, and program materials) is owned by Root + Reason or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and print materials for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without written permission.

7) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Site in any way that violates laws or regulations
