This Fast is for anyone who is:

I was inspired by Rumi’s words: “Fasting is the first principle of medicine; fast and see the strength of the spirit reveal itself.”
In May 2025, I completed my second 3-day water fast guided by Suzanne Baker. Her support before, during, and after the fast was invaluable—especially her guidance on how to reintroduce food. Having done one earlier this year, I felt more prepared, needed fewer “fasted snacks,” and found minerals and water were all I wanted.
Suzanne’s daily prompts and the FB community made the journey feel supported and encouraging. I stayed active with walking, felt energized and clear, and even noticed my senses sharpen—colors were brighter, smells more vivid.
I plan to continue quarterly 3-day fasts, as the benefits of autophagy and stem cell regeneration are incredible. This experience helped me discover a deeper capacity and inner strength within my body.

Can I have anything besides water during the fast?
Yes—you may drink plain water, unsweetened electrolytes, black coffee, and herbal teas. We’ll give you clear guidance in your Prep Guide on what supports your body best during the fast.
Will I feel hungry the whole time?
Hunger usually comes in waves and often fades as your body shifts into ketosis. Many people report increased clarity and calm after the first 24 hours. Our daily emails and community support will help you stay encouraged through those moments.
How do I prepare for the fast?
We’ll provide a Prep Guide that includes a shopping list, last-meal suggestions, and tips to reduce sugar, caffeine, and alcohol beforehand. Preparing well makes the fast smoother and more effective.
How do I break the fast safely?
We’ll guide you step-by-step with our Breaking the Fast Guide. You’ll start with bone broth, then gently add avocado, probiotic-rich foods, steamed vegetables, and finally clean proteins—honoring the healing your body has just done.
Will I still have support after the fast ends?
Yes. You’ll receive a clear reintroduction plan, extra resources, and continued encouragement to help you transition smoothly back to daily life. Our community space also allows you to share your experience and stay connected.
Do I need to track ketones or glucose?
Tracking is optional. Some participants enjoy using tools like Keto-Mojo to see their body’s response, but it’s not required. We’ll provide tutorials if you’d like to explore this extra layer of insight.
